For advice and support take part in a live web chat with Stonewall Cymru, Safer Cardiff, the Minority Support Unit and the Suzy Lamplugh Trust on Thursday 29 March from 1pm – 7pm.

How to take part

To enter the Chat Room you need to be registered on the Wise1520 website.

* Go to www.wise1520.info and click on ‘Chat & Forum’ then ‘Log onto the chatroom now.’

* Click on ‘Register me Now’ and enter your email, nickname and password.

* Then you’re ready to login and enter the chatroom.
